Isles Community Asset Management (ICAM) provides quality property management for Isles’ properties (and residents) and for other third-party owners. ICAM’s distinctive management model includes extensive training, a commitment to resident services, and conscientious site managers, as well as a complete spectrum of property/asset management and strategic acquisition services in the region.
Management services: ICAM markets and leases units, collects rent, manages security, schedules and oversees repairs and maintenance, and services tenants. It also maintains documentation for the U.S. Government’s Department of Housing and Urban Development and the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Financing Agency, and manages complete financial records for each property. Services can be provided on a conventional basis, or under various tenant/cooperative management arrangements.
Additional Isles services: Residents of properties managed by ICAM may also tap into other Isles services — counseling and credit repair, financial literacy, healthy homes services, community gardening, community planning, and job training — for an enriched experience.
Career opportunities: ICAM provides job training and career opportunities for Isles’ YouthBuild Institute students and graduates.
