Andre has been employed with Isles since 2001. He is the Training Manager for Isles’ Center for Energy and Environmental Training (CEET). He teaches energy efficiency and building performance to those in the weatherization, construction, HVAC, inspection fields, and to unemployed workers looking to enter the building performance field. As a NJ licensed lead inspector and risk assessor he is the principal instructor for the US EPA lead renovation repair and painting course (RRP), and professional lead training for lead abatement workers and supervisors.
Andre teaches healthy home courses to health professionals, educators and members of his community. He is a certified building analyst, envelope and heating professional and conducts field and written exams for individuals that are pursuing Building Performance Institute (BPI) certification.
