Fund My Future (FMF)
Fund My Future (FMF) is a New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development program available through Isles, Inc (Central Region*).
The aim of FMF is to assist individuals in obtaining credentialed job skills and securing gainful employment.
FMF participants work with an employment coach to match their skills and interests with an eligible training program. Upon completion of all aspects of the training, participants work with their employment coach to obtain employment in the field. (Acceptance to any training/degree program is determined by the training provider).
See examples of eligible ‘in-demand’ occupations and trainings HERE.
For more information about the FMF participation process, see FMF Process.
FMF will cover the costs of the eligible training and approved services (maximum $9600). FMF funds are paid directly to training/service providers on behalf of participants.
