As the Energy & Environmental Health Services Project Manager, Barbora supports the successful delivery of Isles’ Weatherization Program in Mercer County as well as healthy homes services for the county’s residents. The weatherization program provides free home energy improvements and conservation education to qualifying low-income households. Barbora and the team help homeowners and renters lower their utility costs and make their homes safer, more comfortable, and energy efficient. She has a B.S in Environmental Science and recently completed a cross-country bicycle trip from Jacksonville, Florida to Santa Cruz, California raising money and awareness for the affordable housing cause. She has also worked in Alaska as a trail conservation crew member and in Iceland as a mentor for students learning about sustainability and renewable energy. In her free time, Barbora enjoys rock climbing, cycling, and hiking with her shepherd dog Rony.
