Hem Pandya is an experienced pharmaceutical executive with a broad spectrum of commercial, operational, strategic and corporate development experience. Hem is the co-founder and President of Exchange Health, LLC., a healthcare service company providing solutions to pharmaceutical companies for commercializing products. Hem also serves on the Board of Directors for several pharmaceutical and start-up biotech organizations.
Hem attended Elizabeth High School and graduated from Rutgers University. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Zimmerli Art Museum at Rutgers University. Hem has demonstrated interest in supporting education and is active in various non-profit organizations including serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Mercer which supports Trenton-area youth.
