As Job Placement & Recruitment Specialist, Jennifer assesses students’ job readiness, implements interventions to improve readiness and soft skills, and facilitates relationships with area employers to secure internships and employment opportunities. Jennifer’s professional experience includes employee relations, diversity relations, career counseling, training & development, and community outreach & education. Her experience was earned with multiple employers such as The State of New Jersey, The U.S. Department of Commerce, and several nonprofit organizations. Jennifer is an accomplished public speaker who has created and delivered many community workshops and corporate training sessions. She has a BA in Communications from Rowan University and is a Certified Healthcare Navigator. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing tennis, and volunteering.
