Julia Cenatus is the Director of Isles Youth Institute, where she is responsible for managing IYI staff, service evaluation, and overseeing the development of systems. She has a master’s in special education and general Education from Syracuse University. Additionally, she has a leadership certification from the College of Saint Rose. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to local events, traveling, and supporting community events.
