PsyD is the Managing Director of Johnson Center for Learning & Impact, where she strives to build the capacity of organizations and communities through effective education and translational research. Previously, Laura worked as Impact Consultant where she supported CBOs, Universities, and Impact Investment Funds in their mission driven work. She has depth of experience in training and facilitation and bringing together research scientists and with direct service providers to enhance effectiveness. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Lafayette College and completed her graduate studies at Rutgers, The State University of NJ with a concentration in School and Community Psychology. Outside of work, Laura is involved in Anti-racist and LGBTQ Advocacy Initiatives and enjoys hiking and swimming.
