Victor R. Filion is the Property Manager at Isles responsible for the daily operations of the Social Profit Center and serves as a consistent face and voice for staff and tenants helping to foster a collaborative environment among tenants and members. Previously, Victor worked in Membership Recruitment for the NJBIA as well as the IEEE. He has an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University. With his free time, Victor loves golf, college sports, and getting outside.
