Art On Front St. Returns to Downtown Trenton This Summer

in

Mark your calendar: on Saturday, July 25, 2026, Mill Hill Park and Front Street will fill with color, sound, and creativity as Isles and the City of Trenton present the 2nd Annual Art On Front St.

From 12 to 6 p.m., downtown Trenton becomes one big celebration of art, culture, and community. Visitors can expect live performances, live painting, visual artists, makers and vendors, food, hands-on workshops, and interactive, family-friendly activities for all ages.

Built for artists, by artists, the festival is designed to put Trenton’s creative community exactly where it belongs — front and center. This year’s event is being shaped in collaboration with six local artists: Raven George, Habiyb Shuaib, Rasaan Parker, Jade Rodriguez, Deandre Thompson, and Dorant Gordon, helping ensure the day reflects the voices and culture of the community it serves.

The festival builds on the momentum of last year’s Art On Warren Street activation, expanding into an even larger platform for local artists, creatives, and community organizations to connect directly with the public.

“Trenton’s creative community is one of this city’s greatest strengths, and Art On Front St. puts that talent exactly where it belongs,” said Sean Jackson, CEO of Isles. “We’re proud to partner with the City of Trenton and these incredible local artists to bring neighbors together, support working creatives, and show what’s possible when a community invests in its own.”

For Tyquan Benton, Special Projects Manager at Isles and an artist himself, the day is about more than a festival. “It’s about creating space for artists to be seen, supported, and celebrated in their own city,” he said. “We want people to walk away feeling the creative energy of Trenton and understanding just how much talent exists here.”
