Isles Community Leadership Award honorees for 2026, Troy and Tommi Vincent

Tommi A. Vincent and Troy Vincent Sr. are a dynamic leadership duo whose lives and work sit at the intersection of executive excellence, philanthropy, and a bold commitment to ending domestic and gender-based violence. Together, they bring decades of impact across corporate leadership, professional sports, public service, and community transformation—bridging boardrooms and neighborhoods with credibility, compassion, and action.

United in purpose, the Vincents co-founded the Vincent Commission in collaboration with Niagara University to recommend best practices for prevention, education, and policy reform regarding domestic and gender-based violence. Through their foundation, Love Thy Neighbor Community Development and Opportunity Corp., they invest in humanitarian initiatives that uplift communities—beginning in their hometown of Trenton, New Jersey, and extending nationwide.

As speakers, Tommi and Troy offer a rare and compelling perspective: executive insight paired with lived experience; policy expertise grounded in personal conviction. Their message, “Leadership Over Violence”—calls leaders, organizations, and communities to elevate standards, strengthen systems, and create cultures where dignity, safety, and opportunity prevail.

Leadership Award

Princeton Federal Credit Union

Dedicated to providing quality service, financial solutions, and value while building trusted relationships with our members for a lifetime

Princeton Federal Credit Union (PFCU) is a mission‑driven, not‑for‑profit financial institution dedicated to strengthening the financial well‑being of the Princeton, Trenton, and surrounding communities. Founded in 1972, PFCU is a member‑owned cooperative serving individuals who live, work, worship, or study in Princeton and the greater Mercer County region—making membership accessible to a broad and diverse community.

Because PFCU is owned by its members, not shareholders, earnings are reinvested directly into the people it serves through low‑rate loans and credit cards, low‑fee everyday accounts, and competitive savings and certificate options. With more than 50 years of heritage and fiscal strength, PFCU proudly serves over 8,500 members – including more than 1,000 Trentonians – and manages more than $170 million in assets—offering relationship‑based banking built on trust, stability, and personal service.

PFCU’s partnership with Isles is longstanding. Since 2016, we have stood alongside Isles in the belief that access to safe, affordable financial services is not a privilege—it is a foundation for everything else. We share a conviction that every person—regardless of background, income, or circumstance—deserves an institution genuinely invested in their future, and that mission-driven, community-rooted organizations have both the power and the responsibility to be that for people.

In November 2025, Dana Caragine was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience across banking, wealth management, and private lending. Her connection to Isles is not new—as a Princeton University undergraduate, she once volunteered with Isles Urban Gardening, an experience that deepened her belief that financial access and community investment are inseparable.

In Q1 2026, PFCU colleagues Shawn Luftglass, Justin Cooke and Lu Rivera co-implemented a new program with Isles in support of Isles Youth Initiative participants. The entire organization looks forward to ongoing partnership and innovation.

It is in that spirit that PFCU is proud to announce the upcoming installation of a fee‑free ATM at the Isles Social Profit Center—a small but meaningful step toward ensuring that the people who walk through, and work within, those doors have one fewer barrier to financially thriving.

We are honored to grow alongside Isles and the communities we both serve.
