Carolyn Hoenisch is the Senior Finance Director for Benefit Investment Operations at Johnson & Johnson. Carolyn has held many financial leadership roles across multiple disciplines in her 25-year career at Johnson & Johnson including roles supporting R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Acquisitions, and Consolidations. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, she held various finance roles at IBM and Schering-Plough. Carolyn is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Finance and a minor in Economics and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She also serves on the Advisory Board for Best Buddies of New Jersey, an organization that promotes inclusion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
