Noah Collier is a research assistant here at Isles, assisting the Johnson Center improve New Jersey policies. Prior to becoming an employee at Isles, Noah served as a research intern for the Johnson Center. He has hands-on experience in conducting research and analyzing data. Noah recently received a bachelor’s degree in criminology from The College of New Jersey. In his free time, Noah enjoys hiking and photography.
